Welcome to the Stark County High School website.  Presently, our high school has 300 students supported by parents, staff and community. Stark County has a teaching faculty of 27, a social worker, guidance counselor, psychologist, curriculum director, Director of Student Services and a part time nurse. We are fortunate in being able to provide our students the same resources that would ordinarily be offered in larger school districts. We are proud to boast a very rigorous curriculum that allows students the opportunity to select from a number of course offerings including dual credit courses at Black Hawk Community College and college english courses on campus.  We also provide apprenticeships with our local businesses to encourage students to take advantage of business and professional opportunities.  Our newest curricular advancement is the establishment of the 'Stark County Math and Science Academy.'  This academy will be implimented beginning in the 2011/2012 school year and will be offered to Juniors and Seniors.

Coupled with high academic standards we feel very fortunate in being able to offer a wide range of extra curricular activities that in our opinion offers a balanced approach in developing the students' potential.
